紙や板紙を使用する上で、さまざまな問題が発生しますが、「摩擦係数」がそれらに関係している場合も多々あります。
一例として、印刷機や複写機での紙送りの良否、即ち紙の走行性には摩擦係数が関与しており、紙が送られなかったり、複数枚送られたりする原因の一つになっております。
本製品はこれらの現象に関係する摩擦係数を高い再現性で測定いたします。

測定原理

下図を例に説明します。テーブルの移動に従い、接触したサンプル面の摩擦が限界に達したときに、サンプルの滑りが発生し、スレッドは同方向に動こうとします。

テーブルの移動量に対し、サンプル接触面の摩擦力が限界に達した際、サンプルの滑りが発生します。
テーブルの移動中、ロードセルはスレッドからの圧力の変化を計測し続け、このデータをもとに摩擦係数（静摩擦/動摩擦）を導き出します。


データ出力例

摩擦試験機に接続されるPCの画面上では、グラフ表示と測定結果の数値表示が可能です。また、同一サンプルを複数回測定した際の集計機能も有しております。
Excel等の表計算ソフトで再利用可能なテキストデータ（CSV形式）も保存可能です。

[ Measuring Principle ]

• 1. Two sample strips are clamped to the top of the table and to the bottom of the sled respctively. And being attached to the load cell the sled is put on the table so that sample strips are touched each other with 800 grams of gravity by weight of the sled.
• 2. The table is moved toward the load cell and the load cell is pushed by the sled with force which is caused by friction between two sample strips.
