The revolutionary InScan Fill Level Inspection System is now available with a Filler Valve Tracking Option. InScans Filler Valve Monitoring System (FVM) is a combination of the InScan Inspection System and Filler Valve Tracking System. The InScan Fill Inspection System is a high-speed digital X-ray imaging system designed to monitor fill level in beverage containers. The InScan uses a low-power X-ray tube and detection array to capture information both vertically and horizontally, enabling the InScan to generate a detailed picture or "snapshot" of each container. The result of this unique, patented method of inspection is a more precise fill-level measurement ensuring rejection of under and/or overfills. InScans method of liquid/foam differentiation can result in significant cost savings due to a reduction of false rejects.
The Filler Valve Tracking System utilizes the information generated by the InScan System and sequences the information to a specific filler valve. Using a network of sensors for filler-seamer/filler-capper synchronization and container tracking, the InScan FVM can track containers from the InScan System point of inspection back to the specific filling head.
