COMPONENTS:

250μl x 2 Loading Volume: 5μl/Lane Approximately 0.2~0.4 mg/ml of each protein in buffer (20 mM Trisphosphate pH 7.5 at 25°C), 2% SDS, 1 mM 2-Mercaptoethanol, 3.6 M Urea, and 15% glycerol.

DESCRIPTION:

The Biomate Prestained Protein Marker is a mixture of 10 prestained proteins covering the range 10~180 kDa including two reference bands orange at 75kDa and green at 28kDa. The ladder provides more shaper bands for easy visualization on size standards in protein electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and Western blotting. It is supplied in gel loading buffer and is ready to use. Do not heat, dilute or add reducing agents before loading.
