Plant Total RNA Miniprep Purification Kit 含有兩種 Lysis Solution，能供客戶選擇來抽取各種植物及真菌類之 Total RNA。Lysis Solution A: guanidine thiocyanate; Lysis Solution B: SDS/anti-oxidants。本試劑組以連續、快速的洗滌與離心，將細胞碎屑等雜質污染物去除，total RNA再藉由與 Glass fiber membrane 的專一性結合，取得高純度的 Total RNA。
