PCR products of 300 bp (50 ng/µl) , 1 kb (50 ng/µl), 2 kb (100 ng/µl) and 3 kb (150 ng/µl)

were ligated to TOPBlunt PCR Cloning Vectors, and colony PCR was performed using M13 primers.

For successful clones, the PCR result should be ~202 bp plus the insert size.
