The flocktype AIV Ab uses a structural protein of AI virus prepared by recombinant technology as antigen. This protein is highly conserved amongst AIV strains and strongly immunogenic. Thus all subtypes of influenza A viruses will be detected.

The flocktype AIV Ab in combination with the FlockSoft™ software is capable of calculating the antibody titer in chicken and turkey and of quantitatively depicting the results.
