The Inversina perfectly homogenizes powders, solids, liquids, or suspensions. Using special three-dimension inversion kinematics, the Inversina offers much gentler mixing and more reproducible results than any other blender at drastically reduced mixing times. The Inversina has been used in a variety of applications, such as pharmaceutical compounding, powder metallurgy, performance materials, implants and biomaterials, chemical, food, alternative medicine, and quality assurance / sample preparation. It comes in both manual or automatic models, with sizes ranging from laboratory to production scale and a large variety of accessories to fit every mixing process.

Powder Homogenizing

Our Tumbler Mixers use inversion kinematics for mixing solids and liquids.  This allows intensive, fast and very gentle mixing without segregation.  The astonishing three-dimensional motion (Paul Schatz principle) combines a figure-of-eight movement with rotation and sets the substances in a rhythmic, pulsating motion.  This technique is much more reliable than the techniques used for barrel mixers, v-blenders, double cone blenders or ribbon mixers, which have segregation zones and longer mixing and cleaning times.
